The [Senior Procurement and Subcontract Specialistis responsible for the following duties: [Lead the procurement activities, sourcing and qualifying contractors and suppliers for services including construction installation packages, commissioning support and engineering services as well as major equipment such as Switchgear, Panelboards, network and computer equipment, E-Houses and HV and MV Transformers. Coordinate local logistics concerning storage and inventory movement, and other logistics. Create Purchase Order and ensure on-time delivery as outlined in the Purchase Order. Manage all contracts and regional procurement activities for South American projects. Negotiate and lead contract management with suppliers. Notify suppliers of quality discrepancies and oversee the identification of root cause and corrective action. Coordinate with Fluence Global Logistics team and offshore suppliers regarding project-specific shipping requirements[. Job requires a Bachelors Degree in [Supply Chain, Economics, Law or related field plus 3 years of experience in any job title involving procurement contracts management[.
