Equifax, Inc. Salesforce Architect - J00158060 in Alpharetta, Georgia

As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable, and secure solutions on the Salesforce platform - Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with a focus to build custom reusable web components, data integrations and solve technical challenges for multiple lines of business in the Equifax Workforce Solutions Business Unit and CSA. You will serve as a lead in a multi-functional team that addresses strategic business initiatives involving customer relationship management, client onboarding and servicing workflows. This role offers the opportunity for architecting transformational solutions as well as optimizing the existing footprint.

Our Salesforce org acts as a central system that serves our end-to-end campaign to cash lifecycle. To ensure success in this role, you should be familiar with Salesforce development tools, APIs, and be comfortable with hands-on time working closely with product owners, developers, cross-functional engineering, data engineering and infrastructure teams. You will work with a growing team of professionals with a critical position to allow the Salesforce product and development team to deliver solutions at scale without introducing more tech debt.

Equifax has a hybrid work schedule that allows for 2 days of remote work (Monday and Friday), with 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) of each week.

This resource will be required to work from the Equifax office location in Alpharetta, GA or Saint Louis, MO.

What you will do Architect, design and implement smart solutions in Salesforce and Salesforce extensions, as well as integrations to other 3rd party platforms and internal or cloud-based applications. Establish the high-level Solution Intent for any given project or problem statement. Establish responsibilities of major logical components of the solution in collaboration with other team members. Develop architecture deliverables necessary to illustrate system behavior, including usage models, and cost of ownership models and failure analysis model. Ensure that the solution is aligned with the technology strategy, uses standard solution building blocks and can be built and operated in an efficient manner aligned with the economic value of the project. Develop, analyze, split, and prioritize work required to implement the system's non-functional requirements. Provide technical oversight of implementation, keeping the final build and overall implementation aligned with the solution intent.

What experience you will need BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding (e.g., physics or mathematics), or equivalent job experience required. 7 years of overall relevant experience. 5 years of experience architecting, designing, and implementing smart solutions in Salesforce, specifically Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. 3 years of experience architecting and developing software in the public cloud. Experience in monitoring infrastructure and application uptime and availability to ensure functional and performance objectives. Experience in one or more languages such as Python, Bash, Java, Go, JavaScript and/or node.js. Demonstrable cross-functional knowledge with systems, storage, networking, security and databases. Partner with Engineering, and SREs to analyze any outages or resiliency issues and provide remediation steps. Experience with microservice best practices and design patterns. Experience with event driven architecture and immutable data management patterns (CQRS). Proficiency with continuous integration and continuous delivery tooling and practices. Strong a alytical and troubleshooting skills. Salesforce Certified.
