WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Oversee the planning and creation of lead generation/marketing tactics. Participate, (and in some cases, lead) market development strategies and planning.

  • Organize and lead HoneyBaked representation at various industry/franchising trade shows to generate prospective leads.

  • Communicate new processes, procedures and approaches, aligning objectives to actionable tasks, establishing benchmarks and achieving completion of tasks that lead up to and result in franchise sales.

  • Monitor and track effectiveness of various lead generation channels to enable effective decision making in the application of lead generation resources to ensure cost- per- sale targets are met.

  • Ensure timely response to all prospects during the entire process from initial inquiry through signed agreement.

  • Manage and lead the Discovery Day process.

  • Work closely with Real Estate and Development leadership in planning and execution of period REC (Real Estate Committee) meetings.

  • Establish, communicate and maintain practices that are effective, ethical, confidential and compliant with all applicable legal and regulatory guidelines.

  • Assist prospects in their due diligence wherever appropriate and legally permitted.

  • Award franchises to approved prospects and complete the necessary Franchise Agreements

  • Effectively communicate development progress to all functions of the franchise team and other HoneyBaked divisions and Families

  • Partner with HBH Franchise Business Leadership to cultivate and maintain relationships within the HBH franchisee community to identify and activate expansion opportunities through Development Agreements with existing growth-ready franchisees.

  • Partner with HoneyBaked General Counsel and the Manager of Franchise Administration on Franchise Disclosure Document updates

  • Assist existing HoneyBaked Ham owners desiring to sell their store

YOUR TRACK RECORD

Bachelor's in business or related discipline preferred. At least 3 years' experience in a Franchise sales leadership role. Thorough knowledge of Franchise sales law including knowledge of Franchise Disclosure Document, Franchise Agreements, and other necessary documents. Working knowledge and fluency with lead management/CRM systems.

Excellent verbal/written communication skills along with organization and time management skills. Ability to work in a team environment

WHAT ELSE TO KNOW?

Approximate 25% travel required (depending on location) for trade shows, conferences, candidate in-market meetings, period team meetings.
