We are a Jackson Healthcare company, the third largest healthcare staffing company in the U.S., serving more than 7 million patients in over 1,400 healthcare facilities.DescriptionThe CVO Compliance Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and meeting objectives.The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for:Ensuring that all files are processed according to CVO policies and procedures and within NCQA standards when applicable.Working with CVO associates to identify process errors and correct as neededSupporting all department quality and data integrity initiativesGenerating and/or maintaining compliance reportingWorking with CVO leadership to identify training needs based on compliance resultsAssisting in maintaining department SOPs and learning resourcesPerforming and overseeing specific projects as assignedRequirementsBachelor's degree / college experience preferred and/or relevant work experience. The selected candidate will also have:Proficient knowledge ofword processing and spreadsheet applications. Excellent interpersonal skills. Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
