What you’ll do as a lead warehouse technician

  • You will receive, inspect, store and secure all supplies and materials when delivered.

  • You will maintain all receive inventory in an organized and efficient manner.

  • You will assign and account for all materials issued to work crews on a daily basis.

  • You will maintain a “shelf stock” of parts, tools and any other job required supplies.

  • You will conduct a complete physical inventory each month that will account for all materials stored, received and issued from the warehouse and yard.

  • You will maintain material usage logs/spreadsheets to comply with our customer’s usage and tracking systems.

  • You will assist in the management, maintenance and upkeep of fleet tools and equipment assigned to the project.

  • You will be capable of working in all temperatures, climates, and weather conditions.

  • You will pick up or deliver material using a company vehicle

What you’ll need

  • You have have 1-3 year's minimum experience within the Underground Utility Construction Industry but will train right applicant

  • You have experience in working through all types of weather, including inclement weather

  • You have the ability to lift and/or pull 75 pounds several times each day

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You have a valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years driving experience

  • You have the willingness to work in a solo and team environment

  • You are a self starter

  • You have effective communication skills

  • You have experience with operating a forklift

  • You are authorized to work in the United States for this company
