CSMART is looking for an HRIS Specialist (HR Information Systems) for 40 hours a week to support the HR department!

Job Description:

This is your chance to become part of our fast growing international organization as HRIS Specialist. Do you get excited from further development of our HR and payroll system ánd do you like to make work and procedures more efficient as you go? Then we are looking for you!

In 2023, we’ve implemented a new global HR system and we are currently looking for a motivated HRIS Specialist to keep the momentum going as there is so much more possible! Currently we are working on optimizing the user experience for onboarding and talent management!

You’ll be part of a driven HR team with a Manager HR, Senior HR Officer and HR Officer. As HRIS Specialist, you’ll play a vital role to further develop and maintain our HR system and necessary payroll abilities and ensure efficient and effective operations for the HR team as well as an user friendly environment for our fantastic workforce.

What will you amongst others be doing?

  • You will be responsible for liaising with the global project lead and working groups on project timelines and content and assess impact to our system environment.

  • You’ll work closely with the HR team to optimize workflows or standardize reports through the system and improve the user experience for our workforce

  • During product releases or module implementations, you’ll run point on the product content, -timeline and -testing for CSMART while cooperating with the global project team and working groups

  • On a daily basis you also act as the system SME for HR and Payroll and help colleagues with any questions they might have about the technology. Further you liaise with the system vendor for any incidents you might encounter in the system that you cannot fix yourself.

What are we looking for?

  • A bachelor degree - preferably in Human Resources - with a few years work experience, preferably in an international environment

  • Experience in system maintenance and/or development, for example as HRIS analyst

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Planning and Problem solving skills, you want to make sure you get the product right and on time. Bonus points if ever had testing responsibilities on an HR/Payroll system and managed to break the test environment while testing
