We are looking for:

A Technical Application Specialist to join Syensqo’s CEECA MP & MEP team. You will bring your expertise in mineral processing to provide outstanding technical service and customer support. Reporting to the Regional Technical Manager, your role will focus on enhancing the customer experience and supporting the Sales Account Manager to achieve the company’s commercial objectives.   • Delivering top-tier technical service and supporting customers in optimizing the use of Syensqo products.

  • Conducting lab work and plant trials with our reagents to explore new opportunities and defend current business.

  • Maintaining proactive communication with customers to provide timely, mutually beneficial solutions.

  • Writing technical reports within two weeks after completing lab or trial activities.

  • Building and maintaining multi-level relationships at customer sites to facilitate project execution and strengthen commercial ties.

  • Collecting and analyzing customer data to offer actionable recommendations for advancing projects or exploring new opportunities.

  • Supporting troubleshooting efforts and resolving non-routine technical issues.

  • Ensuring compliance with Syensqo safety regulations, policies, and reporting standards (e.g., service reports, call logs, trial documentation).

  • Education & Experience: A degree in Mineral Processing, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, along with prior experience in technical roles within the mining or mineral processing sector.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in lab work, plant trials, data analysis, and report writing. Strong understanding of mineral processing technologies and safety protocols.
