WE BUILD PREMIUM ALUMINUM TRAILERS BECAUSE LEGENDS ARE MEANT TO LAST!

This position will work within teams to weld aluminum and steel enclosed and aluminum open trailer frames.

  • GTAW-AL (TIG) components in all positions
  • GMAW-AL (MIG) components in all positions
  • Adheres to all safety policies and procedures
  • Follows all pre-established installation and quality methods, procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency of work
  • Reads order-specific job travelers and/or engineered drawings to ensure each order is produced to specifications
  • Completes all job duties within given time constraints
  • Cross-trains between several different jobs
  • Cleans and maintains work area
  • Pursues continuous improvement to improve efficiency of job duties and workflow
  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

::: {bind="html: Job.Requirements"} - High school diploma or GED - Proficient with GTAW-AL(TIG Aluminum)/ GMAW-AL (MIG Aluminum) - Previous welding experience - Attention to detail - Excellent problem-solving skills - Good verbal and written communication skills - Needs good visual judgment to notice errors and/or defects - Ability to accurately read a tape measure - Ability to follow verbal and written instructions - Solid job history including more than 1 year at previous or recent employer. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints. - Willingness to participate in welding tests to showcase your capabilities. - Must be physically capable of safely lifting a minimum of 50 lbs. with or without an accommodation - Requires wearing personal protective equipment - Requires ability to hear and respond to radio communications - Requires visual acuity for accurately receiving parts - Prolonged periods standing, reaching, bending, kneeling, and twisting :::
