Electrical Project Manager (PLC / HMI Automated Machines) - Alliance, Ohio - JOB 24-00691 Salary Range: $85k - $100k Permanent Position with Benefits. Alliance, Ohio area company is seeking a Project Manager for PLC HMI automated machines to interface with customers, engineering, and production in the manufacturing and installation of automated machinery. REQUIREMENTS • Associate Degree, Bachelor Degree, or trade school with applicable experience • Manage, Design, Checkout, and commission PLC controlled equipment • Electrical controls knowledge with understanding of PLCs (Siemens and Rockwell Platforms) & HMI (programmable logic control & human machine interface) Siemens, Rockwell, and Wonderware machine controls • Fundamental skills for machine set-up / start-up, machine alignment, installation hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical components • Programming & troubleshooting machine control systems • Knowledge of variable speed motor controls • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to work with customers to assist engineering to determine specifications, choose electrical controls & components, design control loops, program and test PLCs and HMIs • Must be able to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings • 2D AutoCAD Electrical experience is a plus • Up to 30% domestic and international travel may be required for machine start-up Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
