The Hobbie Personnel is looking for candidates interested in working with a great pharmaceutical packaging company in Allentown, PA. The ideal candidate would have a positive attitude, be reliable, and able to excel quickly while they are afforded the opportunity to grow within the company.

Our client is quickly becoming one of the premier companies in the Lehigh Valley while distributing cutting-edge pharmaceutical products to distributors across the United States.  

As Pharmaceutical Packaging Technician you will be tasked with accomplishing the following:

  • Following current GMP's and SOP's required for packaging of finished drug products

  • Operation of various packing equipment

  • Cleaning of various packaging equipment and corresponding room

  • Maintaining both room & equipment logs

  • Processing Printed materials

  • Inspections

  • Labeling

  • Verifying counts of materials

  • Verifying shipper contents

  • Weighing of tanks

  • Palletizing

     - Other duties as assigned by supervisor

This role involves efficiently working in a fast-paced packing environment, analyzing product documentation for errors, handling materials correctly, adhering to safety protocols, communicating effectively with supervisors and colleagues, maintaining a clean workspace, prioritizing tasks based on urgency, and completing any or all assigned duties.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, stoop, squat, bend, kneel, turn, and utilize fine coordination to maneuver around while completing tasks.

Ability to stand and walk around throughout entire 8 hour shift

 

Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
