We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Driven Insights and Analytics Manager to join the Clinical Trial Division at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to our world-class organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and development to direct reports to enable their potential and amplify team output.

  • Prepare concise high-impact analysis of complex client issues using systematic processes, tools, and templates.

  • Manage client and topic specific initiatives that facilitate an efficient, customer focused response to exceptions.

  • Develop enhanced reporting and analysis solutions that provide support for system projects and implementations

Keys to Success:

To succeed in this role, previous experience in the order to cash process and a solid grasp of financial principles are essential. Attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to explain complicated situations to diverse audiences are crucial traits. Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI are required.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience considered.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or related roles

  • People management experience preferred.

  • Proven experience in successfully enhancing operational processes and implementing effective reporting systems.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Advanced proficiency in analytical tools, including Excel, PowerBI, and Relational Databases.

  • Effective interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.

  • Ability to draw insights from multi-layered data sources.
