Ministry Support (Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries) Employee Care Manager in Allentown, Pennsylvania

Category/Shift/Hours per 2 week pay period: Full Time / Day Shift / 80 hours per pay period Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries is one of the premier employers in Pennsylvania and Maryland. We are a non-profit organization which includes Diakon Senior Living Services and Diakon Child, Family, and Community Ministries. General Responsibilities: *Responsible for the successful onboarding of new team members through orientation, training and engagement. *Collaborate with operational leadership to increase employee retention and engagement. *Manage retention programs for one or more locations. *Analyzes metrics, trends and causes related to employee retention. *Develop and deliver training programs that support the goal of increased retention and increased employee engagement. *Education/Training: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Human Behavior, or a related field of study normally required. Experience: A minimum of three (3) years' experience in related positions required. ADA: Ability to sit, stand, lift, bend, reach, push, and pull items weighing up to 25 lbs.; visual and auditory skills. Compensation and Benefits: Diakon offers a competitive compensation and benefits package for Full-Time and Part-Time employees.
