Position Summary:

As a full time Inbound Administrative Clerk for A. Duie Pyle, you will be responsible for checking in our drivers and assist with administrative needs at our Allentown, PA Terminal.

Start time: 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

  • Checking in Drivers as they arrive for work

  • Scanning delivery receipts into the system (TMW)

  • Collecting cash from Driver’s run

  • Answering the phones and tracking all service calls

  • Assisting terminal management with administrative tasks, when needed

To be qualified for this position, you must possess the following:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)

  • Effective communication and customer service skills

  • Strong organizational skills; ability to multitask while working in a fast paced environment
