ShalePro Energy Services, LLC is a leading provider of natural gas infrastructure services in the Appalachian Basin.  ShalePro provides construction, operations, maintenance, and other services for leading midstream and E&P companies located in the Marcellus and Utica Shale regions of Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia.

ShalePro Energy Services, LLC is currently seeking a dedicated person to fill the full-time Superintendent position.  The position must be local to the SWPA region and will report directly to the VP Operations.  Looking for candidate that can make an immediate impact.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SUPERINTENDENT:

  • Production/ Midstream construction experience SWPA – able to lead and manage Construction projects both Production and Midstream

  • Managing labor and logistics - manage execution of projects, optimize manpower needs and OT on projects, manage material and subcontractors needed for the job

  • Intimate knowledge of client specific requirements and reporting for the jobs in SWPA

  • Experience in leading operations and being point of contact for Regional office of work – job execution and client contacts

  • Understanding and knowledgebase for HSE procedure and standards and example to workforce

  • Obtaining new work through clients and scheduling appropriately

  • Time keeping/ daily reporting

     

    REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE OF THE SUPERINTENDENT:

  • Be local in SWPA

  • Have at least 5 years local experience in that region

  • Good client relationships with top E&P and Midstream companies in the area

  • Good contact base of potential additional employees and subcontractors in the region

  • Self-starter

  • Ability to travel as needed

  • Create and Read Spreadsheets

  • Microsoft Office – Excel/Word

  • Background in Civil, Mechanical & Structural
