Robert Half is currently assisting one of our clients in the North Miami area in their search for a Bilingual Front Desk Attendant. Our client is in the property management industry, dedicated to providing exceptional service to their residents.

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and bilingual individual to join our client's team as a Front Desk Attendant. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and possess leasing experience, providing valuable support to both English and Spanish-speaking residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome residents and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.

  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.

  • Assist with leasing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and conducting property tours.

  • Manage resident inquiries, work orders, and concerns, providing excellent customer service.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.

  • Receive and distribute mail and packages.

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.

  • Ensure compliance with security procedures and protocols.

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is a must.

  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in the real estate or leasing industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
