ARDEX, L.P. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania

ARDEX Americas (www.ArdexAmericas.com), is the Global industry leader in the manufacturing and development of high-performance specialty building materials.

As the Business Development Coordinator in OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) sales, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding ARDEX and HENRY 'Private Label' market segments. Working closely with the OEM Accounts Manager, this position will assist in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and supporting the overall sales strategy.

This is a full-time position to be based at our corporate campus, 20-minutes North of Pittsburgh International Airport.

Key responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential OEM partners and market opportunities for ARDEX and HENRY.
  • Assist in creating and executing sales strategies to penetrate target markets and achieve revenue goals.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to stay informed about industry trends and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities with clients and prospects.
  • Assist in managing client relationships, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Drive OEM product commercialization to include data sheet design, label design as well as other marketing materials.

Experience and Skills:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles.
  • OEM experience is preferred.
  • Experience within construction or building materials industries is preferred.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving results.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast changing and cross functional environment.
  • Proven organizational skills and track record of ability to handle multiple priorities, and results driven.
  • Ability to conduct effective presentations in front of large groups.
  • Strong persuasive and influencing skills.
  • Customer driven, energetic and self-starting.
  • Proficiency in Digital Systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, CRM, PowerPoint, and the Internet

  • Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to travel overnight occasionally, by company automobile and air up to 20%.

Education

  • Minimum four (4) year college degree or greater
