Shermco Industries, Inc. is seeking a Circuit Breaker Technician. Job Summary The Senior Field Service Technician will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to customers in the Auburn, WA area. This position requires a high level of technical expertise and customer service skills. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site technical support and maintenance services to customers
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with equipment and systems
  • Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components
  • Install and configure new equipment and systems
  • Provide training and support to customers on the use of equipment and systems
  • Document all service activities and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with other technicians and departments to resolve complex technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's degree in a technical field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in a field service technician role
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of equipment and systems
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment

Working Conditions The Senior Field Service Technician will work primarily in the field, traveling to customer sites to provide technical support and maintenance services. This position may require working in inclement weather conditions and lifting and carrying heavy equipment.
