Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description:

Join our dynamic team as an Electrical Maintenance Mechanic, where you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our production equipment. In this position, you will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of manufacturing machinery, all while adhering to established safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve issues with manufacturing equipment, including motor controls, DC/AC drives, frying equipment, temperature instrumentation, burner systems, and packaging machines.

  • Perform a wide range of mechanical skills, encompassing electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and machine repairs.

  • Oversee the installation and wiring of essential manufacturing equipment, such as pumps, fans, blowers, and relay panels.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive preventative maintenance program to enhance equipment reliability.

  • Identify faulty operations and defective materials, documenting and reporting unusual findings to management.

  • Ensure compliance with all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting

  • Experience with conveyor systems and PLC troubleshooting
