We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team in the pumps, Mechanical seals, Valves industry. This position will be responsible for managing all aspects of engineering/ coordination and quoting projects, ensuring that all assigned projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Management: Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

  • Prepare QRC quotation in accordance with the procedure for pumps, Mechanical selas and valves.

  • Anticipate need to execute the project and work closely with the local organization to make this happen.

  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.

  • Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with various internal teams including engineering, sales, quality, supply chain, comops and production to ensure the successful completion of projects on time.

  • Documentation: Manage, extract and track and archive properly project documentation, like procedures, drawings, manuals, and project schedules.

  • Project Control: Monitoring project progress and costs. Addressing any issues that arise and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.

  • Communication: Cooperate and communicate effectively with the client and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.

  • Risk Management: Identify and manage the risks associated with the project execution.

  • Management of Change: Track and document all changes associated with the project and make sure they are reflected in all applicable documentation and bills of material and as required assist in getting revised purchase orders from clients for those changes.

Requirements:

  • Engineering graduate, preferably mechanical engineering or similar.

  • 0-2 years' experience in project management/engineering.

  • Knowledgeable in pumps, mechanical seals, valves, machining and manufacturers.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, project management, time management, and organization skills.

  • Basic understanding of valve engineering, including knowledge of valve design, types, applications, and industry standards.

  • Knowledge of quality assurance principles, processes, and industry best practices.

  • Collaborative team player and self-starter capable of working under minimal supervision.
