Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Project planning, execution and follow-up of workshop and field service projects.

• Project risk analysis with responsibility for its economic outcome

• Communication with the customer.

• Communication with Sulzer factories and suppliers.

• Sales back office.

• Technical support, troubleshooting and data analysis.

• Technical training to the end user of the equipment.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Rigorous, enthusiastic and collaborative person.

• Good knowledge of mechanics.

• Knowledge of rotating machines and their operating principles. • Communication skills for dialogue with customers, suppliers and other colleagues in the workplace and the Company.

• Flexibility in high workload situations.

• Ability to analyse under pressure.

• Ability to work on site, outside the office, analysing problems in rotating equipment and providing support to the client and the Sales team.

• Availability to travel to industrial plants in Spain and outside of Spain, as well as to our supplier network’s facilities.

• Advanced management of Office applications.

• Ability to use 2D and 3D CAD/CAM software like AutoCAD, Inventor, Solid Works and/or Catia will be valuable.

• High level of spoken and written English language.

• Written and spoken French will be also valuable.
