Position is contingent upon contract award.

As the Program Manager , you will be the single point of contact to the Government and will be responsible for the overall contract management of ATC, AFM, and maintenance activities at multiple sites in the AFCENT AOR.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Responsible for managing the contract and all associated tasks – cost, schedule, and performance.

  • Management and oversight of all activities performed by personnel.

  • Manage Government material and assets, personnel, and facility security.

  • Establish a process during business and non-business hours to provide necessary documentation and resources to facilitate timely contract actions and respond to urgent government inquiries.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Program Management Plan (PMP) that addresses the contractor’s enterprise management approach to ensuring personnel, resources, lifecycle management, training, site management, employment in peace, time of war, evacuations, expeditionary site, and security throughout all locations of the contract.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline. Recent, relevant, and demonstrated program/project management experience of at least seven (7) years can be substituted for Bachelor’s degree requirement.

  • Minimum of seven (7) years program/project management experience.

  • Experience in both program management and team management.

  • Technical experience in support of aviation command and control is desirable. This includes aviation operations, equipment support, system support, personnel movement and tracking, and programmatic support.

  • Experience may be cumulative but must be within the past 10 years of PoP start.

LICENSE & CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Program Management Professional (PMP) certification is desired.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of FAR and DoD procurement policies and procedures is required.

  • This individual shall be knowledgeable and skilled in financial management processes and budgeting.

  • Skilled in writing and validating technical and financial reports.

  • This person shall demonstrate good problem-solving skills and experience overseeing accomplishments of multiple tasks by multiple sites leads.
