Position: Carydale Apartments is looking for a full-time reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our welcoming team.

Company Description: Carydale is an apartment management company that owns and operates nine properties. The properties are located throughout Arlington, Alexandria City, and Fairfax County. Carydales Goal and Core Value is to offer affordable homes while maintaining excellent customer service.

Job Description: The Maintenance Technician represents Carydales Core Value, which sets us apart in the Industry. The Maintenance Technician provides support to our Residential Managers by providing quality work in the units, resident satisfaction, swift services, along with personal attention to details. The position performs general maintenance and repairs for assigned Multi-Family Housing Units, equipment, and facilities. This role includes basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC skills, along with snow removal and other basic building systems. This role reports directly to the Residential Manager.
