SUMMARY

We’re seeking an experienced Global Brand Experience Manager with a passion and proven record for experiential marketing to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, with a specific focus on creating impactful brand experiences, bringing brands to life at events, managing paid media strategy, working with agencies, and collaborating with influencers.

We aren’t afraid to break the mold and want this manager to have outside industry experience to bring a fearless experimental attitude to the table.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and target audience.

  • Lead the planning and execution of experiential marketing campaigns, including events, activations, and immersive brand experiences.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling brand narratives and engaging marketing materials.

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify brand messaging and reach new audiences.

  • Manage budgets for marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.

  • Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with other brands, organizations, and key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reach.

  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to drive strategic decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.

  • Other brand management projects as assigned.

Education & Experience Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA is a plus.

· Minimum of 8 years of experience in brand management, with a focus on experiential marketing, and influencer marketing.

· Agency experience required.

· Must have experience managing large budgets and managed multiple direct reports.

· Proven track record of developing and executing successful global marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.

· Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.

  • Highly organized and ability to juggle multiple tasks with competing priorities and meet deadlines.

The hiring range for this position is $105,000 to $120,000 per year. This range is an estimate and the actual salary may vary based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. SHRM offers a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package.
