Wiley & Wilson Civil Engineer-In-Training (0 - 2 years of experience) in Alexandria, Virginia

We arelooking for a Civil EIT with strong interpersonal skills and0 -2 years of experience to join the team at our Alexandria, VA office. The candidate selected for this position will:

  • Work on projects under the direction of a licensed Engineer
  • Focus on site design and storm water design for wide variety of Local, Federal and State Government projects
  • Participate in field investigations
  • Prepare calculations, reports and design drawings
  • Perform research related to project design,make quantity take-offs, and help prepare estimates
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

Theengineer must possess/demonstrate:

  • Great work ethic
  • Strong analytical reasoning skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills for managing communications with peers, colleagues, and clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higherin Civil Engineeringfrom an ABET accredited institution
  • Must have passed the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam (FE)
  • 0 -2 years of experience
  • Experience using AutoCAD, MicroStation, InRoadsand Civil 3D
  • Candidate must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Candidate must be eligible to obtain a security clearance
