Job Description

Carry out scheduling and dispatch in an effort to provide timely, courteous and efficient trucking support. To provide excellent customer service to our internal and external customers as well as field staff. Responsible for all communication and scheduling of independent drivers in support of trucking activities.

Job Requirements

  • Experience with heavy equipment applications.

  • Knowledge of US & NM DOT Compliance

  • Relentless in the pursuit of the company's Core Values.

  • Willing to work hand in hand and communicate with all internal customers and all independent drivers in an effort to develop a great customer experience.

  • Foster an environment where dispatchers team with drivers to execute daily tasks and manage through typical exceptions.

  • Able to discern issues and handle most while escalating defined exceptions accordingly to the Dispatch Coordinator

  • Ability to provide back-up coverage to fellow Dispatchers as it relates to time off and emergencies.

  • Responsible for ensuring after hours and weekend phone coverage by developing an On-call Schedule.

  • Strong knowledge of the Albuquerque Metro area and the state of New Mexico

  • Self-motivated and production minded inclusive of quality and service excellence.

  • Great attitude under all circumstances

  • Maintain and continually grow your knowledge within the industry.

  • Ability to multitask and demonstrate great customer service skills.
