HarmonyTech SAP Business Subject Matter Specialist in Albuquerque, New Mexico

HarmonyTech Inc. is seeking a skilled SAP Business Subject Matter Specialist (FMMI) to join our team. The SAP Business Subject Matter Specialist will play a crucial role in analyzing processes, collaborating with agency leads on SAP integration, providing end-user support for SAP (FMMI), ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and facilitating smooth system integration configurations. This role will also involve supporting enhanced functionalities and advising on how to integrate SAP to optimize targeted business processes.

This position is available in Albuquerque, NM, and requires U.S. citizenship OR Permanent Residence status.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through SAP integration.

  • Collaborate with agency leads to understand business requirements and provide expertise on SAP integration solutions.

  • Provide end-user support for SAP (FMMI) and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all SAP integration efforts.

  • Configure SAP systems to support enhanced functionalities and meet business needs.

  • Provide guidance and support on integrating SAP to enhance targeted business processes.

  • Stay updated on SAP best practices, updates, and new features to continuously optimize system performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SAP integration and end-user support.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve complex business problems.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with agency leads and stakeholders.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA Sales, Procurement, Financial Accounting, and Management Accounting.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, information systems, computer science, or a related discipline is preferred.

Certifications:

  • SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Business Process Integration

  • SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Sales

  • SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Procurement

  • SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting

  • SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Management Accounting
