Lawn Rangers LLC is in need of an Operations Manager.
Job Description
This person will have oversight of all operations involving, logistics, scheduling, maintenance, install and enhancement projects, irrigation projects and work orders. Seasonal snow removal, maintenance functions along with quality and safety compliance are included.
Job Requirements
Hiring, training and managing the construction superintendents, maintenance operation and irrigation managers
Constant communication with the sales manager, COO and CFO so that any issues can be resolved quickly
Crew scheduling and routing to ensure jobs are completed within budget
Scheduling for all services work orders
Oversight of all OSHA, ED and QC issues for compliance and safety
Oversight of HR issues for operational staff in order to maintain complete records
Department financials
