Title:

Mid-Level NAVWAR Analyst - JNWC

KBR is seeking a NAVWAR Analyst to join our team in Albuquerque, NM; You will provide advice and support to Joint Navigation Warfare Center (JNWC) activities. You will c onduct data analysis of GPS data, frequently of data collected during field assessments or exercises.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts data analysis of GPS data, frequently of data collected during field assessments or exercises.

  • Develops plans for collection of data and oversees or data collection during a field assessment or exercise.

  • Develops and analyzes radiofrequency propagation plans for Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) field assessments or exercises involving GNSS or GPS jammers.

  • Determines output power requirements, specific antenna to be used and the location/orientation of the antenna.

  • Operates GPS jammers and other equipment during field assessments or exercises; ensures the equipment is operated properly.

  • Conducts modeling and simulation using GIANT, STK, Builder and other software.

  • Builds antenna files for computer modeling.

  • Conducts data analysis of GPS data, data collected during field assessments or exercises.

  • Develops plans for collection of data and oversees or collects data during a lab test or field assessment or exercise.

  • Uses various software to parse the data.

  • Analyzes the data for trends, patterns, results.

  • Writes data analysis report or assists writing the report.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma (BA/BS Preferred)

  • Experience in one or more areas of NAVWAR, PNT, GPS, GNSS, INS, Space Com, Receivers, Development, HITL, Field Testing, Mission Analysis

  • 5 – 12 Years Professional Experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • BA/BS or Master’s Degree

Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI
