Job Purpose

We are seeking an IT Systems Administrator to support our rapidly expanding information technology infrastructure. Seated in our Albuquerque, NM headquarters, this role will be dynamic as the company continues to grow and scales the current infrastructure with new technologies, weaving together both international organizations and new organizations as we perform mergers and acquisitions. This is a key support position for our global organization that is primarily internally facing supporting employees with the occasional need to interact with customers directly.

The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable working at a startup company as the environment is fast paced and ever changing. The role itself is a hybrid between basic IT Helpdesk and an IT Systems Administrator. Tasks range from simple password resets to provisioning servers. The ideal candidate would be someone that has well rounded IT skills across all areas opposed to someone that has mastered a single area of specialization.

Please note: we are prioritizing candidates who can work in Albuquerque, NM.

Necessary qualifications:

  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues with a high level of attention to detail required.
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to keep accurate documentation of inventory and events for the use in security audits.
  • Hands-on Experience with Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
