As a full-service home care and hospice agency providing a broad range of services to our customers, we are currently seeking an experienced, full-time Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) whose focus will be hospice admissions. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients using the most current technology and practices

  • Develop initial plan of care based on communication with the physician and patient assessment

  • Participate in clinical outcomes monitoring, follow up, and agency performance improvement initiatives

  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide highest level of care

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Current and unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of New Mexico

  • Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience

  • Current CPR certification

  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license with no DUI's, revocations, or suspensions in the last 5 years

  • Exceptional customer care

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
