Black Rock LLC is in need of a Heavy Equipment Operator.

Job Description

The Heavy Equipment Operator at Black Rock Services in Los Lunas, NM, is responsible for safely and efficiently operating a variety of heavy equipment, including loaders, haul trucks, water trucks, excavators, and skid steers. The role involves performing routine equipment inspections, general maintenance, and promptly reporting equipment issues to supervisors.

Job Requirements

  • Maintain equipment

  • Follow MSHA and all safety regulations in place

  • Possible overtime and weekends based on workload

  • Must obtain MSHA certification (company paid)

  • Sitting for extended periods

  • Flexibility for bending or crawling to inspect equipment

  • Must deal with outdoor elements

    Qualifications

  • Valid Driver's License

  • Must be 18

  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen

  • Prior experience in the aggregate or construction industry with knowledge of industrial maintenance or aggregate production

  • High school diploma or equivalent
