Enterprise Holdings is excited to announce the opening of a F ull- T ime Executive Assistant at our Albuquerque, New Mexico Administrative Office .
Enterprise Holdings operates Alamo Rent A Car, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and National Car Rental. The Executive Assistant will perform a wide range of administrative duties, event planning, and providing direct support to our General Manager and Executive Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, is extremely organized, detail-oriented, and highly aware of the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
Location: This position will be located in our administrative office located at 4601 Columbine Ave NE, Albuquerque, NM 87113.
Compensation: This is a full-time position that offers a targeted annual compensation of $55,000 (with opportunity for annual merit increases). This position provides full benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401k retirement plan (with employer contribution), paid time off, holiday pay, and other company paid benefits.
Schedule: This position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Executive assistant duties for our VP/General Manager
Providing a wide assortment of support for Enterprise Holdings’ administrative department
Organizing schedules and maintaining calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries
Event planning for meetings, celebrations and other events
Creating and proofing documents using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
Helping field departmental phone calls and email communication
Maintaining documentation/files for projects on ongoing operational activities
Maintaining and ordering inventory of office supplies
Filing, data entry, and other general administrative duties

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all circumstances
Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management
Proven skill with performing at a high level of output in a fast-paced environment
Superb customer service skills and ability to work with people from various backgrounds
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with great telephone etiquette
Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
Must be able to take direction, thrive in a team environment, and operate independently
Strong ability to multitask

Must have 2 or more years of previous administrative experience, supporting senior-level management preferred
Beginner level or above proficiency with Microsoft Office software including: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
