Our client, a leader in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical field, is looking for a corporate recruiter to join their growing team!

Pay: $30-$32/hr

Shift: M-F, 8-5

Responsibilities

  • Perform full life-cycle recruitment for the Albuquerque, NM manufacturing site.

  • Conduct strategy meetings with hiring managers to set expectations, clarify processes, and provide regular updates.

  • Create a communication plan to foster partnership in acquiring talent.

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, SME, and consultant to the business.

  • Conduct market analysis for key roles and use the results for enhanced sourcing and recommendations.

  • Present a qualified slate of candidates to hiring managers using advanced sourcing techniques.

  • Support the interview and selection process to ensure a positive candidate experience and aid in making the best hiring decisions.

  • Maintain updated candidate status in the applicant tracking system to ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

  • Negotiate and deliver offer acceptances and declines.

  • Participate in occasional Talent Acquisition projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 3+ years of recruiting experience required.

  • Preferably with experience in pharmaceutical and/or manufacturing recruiting
