Metis Technology Solutions, Inc Business Administration Intern in Albuquerque, New Mexico

POSITION: Business Administration Intern

TIME COMMITMENT: Minimum 15 hours per week, 3 month commitment preferred. All work will be on site at the Headquarters office in Albuquerque, NM.

DESCRIPTION:

Metis Technology Solutions, Inc seeks a motivated student or recent graduate to participate in the organization’s day–to-day operations that include general office administration, contracting, HR, and involvement in some long-range strategic planning. This internship is an opportunity for a finance or business administration student to learn more about finance, human resources, contract administration and general business activities working with seasoned professionals at the executive level.

DUTIES

  • Conduct a variety of general administrative tasks as assigned

  • Review documents against provided checklist to determine completeness and accuracy.

  • Assist with document processing and data entry

  • Assist with internal communications and organization

  • Interface with executive and management staff as needed to successfully complete work activities.

  • Help improve administration procedures
