About the role

  • CBRE is looking for a Senior Project Manager to focus on Telecom, Fiber and Security System infrastructure related projects with a large technology client! You will be involved in technical program administration, design/planning, and the construction of these projects.

What you’ll do

  • Work with internal/external network infrastructure-related cross-functional and partner teams to ensure consistent results with a focus on cost, schedule, constructability, quality, and safety

  • Responsible for collecting internal requirements and delivering solutions

  • Drive improvement in the design documentation processes

  • Maintain a tracker of in-flight projects with status and site/building-specific issues for awareness

  • Support land acquisition team for technical due diligence efforts and internal design team through all design phases

  • Support A&E, internal design execution team and collaborators to maintain critical path

  • Support contractor pre-qualification, bid solicitation, bid analysis and recommendations as needed;

  • Provide technical constructability and value engineering review of the project documents;

  • Provide technical support to onsite construction management team during construction phase

  • Provide technical feedback for site-based value engineering efforts

  • Support QA/QC efforts throughout construction phase and report any issues/gaps for program awareness

  • Provide support for any post-IFC changes to the construction documents

  • Ensure as-built information is provided to appropriate internal teams in a timely manner, perform QA/QC of the results in aggregate, this Group SOW consolidates

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of meaningful experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

  • The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.

  • Ability to address unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products or Google Suite products.

  • Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality.

  • Ability to calculate somewhat complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
