Position SummaryQuality Management: OD Correspondence team

  • This fast paced team is responsible for reviewing and approving all pre-service post-acute denial correspondence.

  • You'll be collaborating with RNs and Medical Directors on appropriate denial letter language that meets all CMS requirements including member friendly language while meeting TAT metrics.

  • Identifies a need for standard denial language and suggests options to close gaps.

Required Qualifications

  • Must have active current and unrestricted LPN licensure in state of residence

  • 3+ years of clinical experience

  • 3+ years of experience using personal computer, keyboard navigation, navigating multiple systems and applications; and using MS Office Suite applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)

  • Medicare experience

  • Must be able to work Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm in time zone of residence

Preferred Qualifications

  • Managed care experience

  • Leadership experience

  • Utilization Management, Precertification or Quality Management experience

EducationHigh school diploma with LPN certification

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$22.40 - $50.98

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
