We're seeking an Office Engineer to join the Contract Awards Division in Albany, NY. In this role, you’ll be the technical lead / liaison for the electrical bidding system along with assisting with developing and maintaining procedure manuals, coordinating and assisting with updates, and other duties assigned to the Contract Awards Division. You’ll also be responsible for RFI tracking, contract document review, basic scheduling techniques, and preparation and review of payments.

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • 5 years of experience on smaller construction projects valued above $1 million

  • Basic knowledge of RFI tracking, contract document review, basic scheduling techniques, payment review and preparation

  • Proficient utilizing Windows/Outlook/Word/Excel and scheduling application

Ideally, you'll also have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, or Architecture

The base salary range for this position is $38,188 to $64,272. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
