ManpowerGroup Lithography Process Technician in Albany, New York

Looking for a Lithography Process Technician will provide on-site hands on fab support.

Job title: Lithography Technician

Location: Albany, NY

May also require hand application of photoresists and related materials, preparing wafers and reticles for offciste shipment and related activities.

Work Schedule: The position requires an alternate week shift. Week 1 (Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat – 7am to 7pm each day) & Week 2 (Sun, Wed, Thu – 7am to 7pm each day)

Job Duties:

  • Own lithography process execution –resolve wafer force completes, alaignment failures – look at equipment logs, assess the alarm, communicate to engineering team

  • Analyze focus exposure matrix data during setup and provide reports.

  • Execue manual exposures and hand apply of photoresist and other materials

  • Hands on in fab support. Support experiments, engineering work on equipment and the operations baseline for advanced semiconductor technology development

  • Attend testsite install meetings as needed

  • Create equipment recipes, logical recipes, alignment recipes, scanner files, .manage recipe requests, request equipment monitors, place tool inhibits or exceptions, maintain equipment operating procedure, protect fab from excursions

Requirements:

  • Lithography sector experience (1+ years)

  • Equipment troubleshooting skills ( 1+ years)

  • Knowledge of or ability to learn SiView, web-based specification process controls (1+ years)

Basic Skills:

  • Strong teamwork skills

  • Ability to manage time/resources well

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

  • Strong computer skills, Microsoft office

  • Associate degree in chemistry, physics, or engineering
