Salary Range:$95,000 - $110,000 annually

Actual compensation may vary based on relevant experience, qualifications/education, and other factors. The salary range is not necessarily reflective of the actual total compensation that may be earned nor promises any specific pay for any specific employee. The primary function of this role is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Manage landscape architecture projects.

  • Lead the design process for landscape architecture projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.

  • Coordinate with design teams to develop detailed plans, specifications, and drawings.

  • Perform technical reviews and provide guidance to resolve design challenges.

  • Manage a team of designers, landscape architects, and other professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to ensure project milestones are met.

  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their technical and professional skills.

  • Manage and facilitate project communications with internal and external clients.

  • Manage projects including project budget, schedule, scope, invoicing, and accounts receivable on time and within budget.

  • Assist with business development.

  • Oversee preparation of proposals for landscape architecture projects; providing direction to internal design staff; and communicating with clients and regulatory approving agencies.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (BLA) required. (MLA or MS Landscape Architecture preferred)

  • 8+ years minimum of professional technical experience, project management experience preferred.

  • Registered Landscape Architect (RLA) or ability to obtain licensure
