Duties Description • Perform coding, testing, and debugging activities.• Plan and conduct application programming design.• Implement new and revised systems.• Maintain systems after implementation.• Conduct or assist in business/systems analysis and design.• Supervise lower-level IT staff.

Generally, employees new to OSC will be restricted from telecommuting for at least 8calendar weeks. After the initial 8 calendar week restriction, if an employee’s duties and work performance are aligned with telecommuting they may be allowed to do so.
