WHAT YOULL DO: * Train with highly skilled leaders in all areas of swimming pool production * Ensure a safe working environment while performing assigned tasks * Work on a team of dedicated associates manufacturing swimming pools and pool components WHAT YOULL NEED: * Ability to work on a team, work independently, and work with your hands * Ability to learn to operate machines and use hand tools, cutting tools, drills, typically associated with * Strong mechanical aptitude * Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed * Construct framework for custom pool stair forms. * Measure, cut, or shape material for custom pool forms * One to three years of experience in a manufacturing or similar environment desired * Welding experience is a plus or ability to learn basic welding
