Health Advocates Network Executive Secretary in Albany, New York

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Executive Secretary to work at a facility in Albany, New York. These are registry positions with our company.

Pay Rate: $25 / hour

Shift details:

  • Monday - Friday/8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Duties:

  • •Answer office phones and review voice mail messages to direct callers to the appropriate OFP employee.

  • Process Change Orders including entering the form into the Office's project management system, distributing the document to appropriate office staff, logging data, and filing paperwork.

  • Processing completed permit applications, issuing permits, and filing associated paperwork, drawings, and specifications.

  • Answer email and phone messages about change orders and office procedures, including directing inquiries to the appropriate pages of the OFP website.

  • Assist in sorting through boxes of old resource books and guides to document the content and coordinate with staff on what can be recycled and what needs to be retained.

  • Filing various completed documents.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • At least one year (12 months) of experience as an Executive Secretary
