Job Summary
Pay Range: $30-49/hr

The Equity Compensation Specialist is responsible for the overall administration of all stock-based compensation plans including but not limited to: grants, vestings, dividends, terminations and maintaining all stock files (electronic and paper). Responsible for keeping Executive Equity Compensation Manager Sr abreast of the status of all projects and work assignments.

Job Responsibilities:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for processing stock requests and vestings; including but not limited to calculations, communication, data entry. Performs data input into stock database of all employee stock transactions, including grants, transactions and employee data.
  • Maintain stock database including grants, transactions and employee data to ensure data is accurate for Executive Management, Finance, Legal, Executive Finance and Corporate Tax Departments. Assists with the preparing and reviewing for accuracy monthly, quarterly and annual reports, from the stock administration system, needed for internal and external reporting, Proxy, Form 10-K/Q. Assists with SEC filing requirements for Section 16 officers.
  • Provide accurate and timely assistance to optionee/awardee requests and inquiries.


ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
  • Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings. Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Required Qualifications:
  • Education level required: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent)
  • Minimum experience required: Two years of stock administration experience with proficiency in Excel, specifically with; vlook up, pivot tables, conditional formatting, sum if, count if, concatenate.
