This Developer role will be focused on Front End Development and will work with the Enterprise Application Solutions leads and analysts to review, maintain and develop applications and custom code in support of CDPHP’s clinical processes and functions. The Developer provides development support and custom code in support of the management, configuration and maintenance of CDPHP’s medical management and applications during their lifecycle, specifically with Healthcare Integrated systems. The Developer will be responsible for and contribute to the development, testing, implementation, enhancement and maintenance of all business applications and software and custom code that support our clinical processes. This position will collaborate with company customers, staff, Enterprise Application Solutions colleagues, IT staff and other stakeholders to define and analyze detailed customer requirements and system interfaces, assess available technologies, and develop and present solutions

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise level solutions is required.

  • Bachelor's Degree or four (4) years of equivalent experience required.

  • Minimum seven (7) years of hands-on technical experience with the following is required: C#, ASP.NET, MVC, React/Angular/Vue, JQuery, Oracle, SQL Server.

  • Experience with web technologies, web/mobile services, and Service Oriented Architecture is required.

  • Experience with APIs, both developing APIs and integrating multiple APIs to build a solution is required.

  • Experience with full Software Development Life Cycle required.

  • SaaS implementation experience preferred.

  • Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred.

  • Experience working with Content Management systems is preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to proactively identify problems, as well as recommend and/or implement effective solutions.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders within a matrix work environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and develop relationships both internally and externally.

  • Demonstrated ability to work with and maintain confidential information.

  • Ability to work additional hours as needed per business demand.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Flexibility to adapt to a changing and fast-paced environment.

  • New York State or Northeast US candidate location preferred.

    CDPHP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth. Individual compensation is based on several factors unique to each candidate, such as work experience, qualifications, and skills. In addition to cash compensation, CDPHP employees may be eligible for an incentive payment, a discretionary cash reward based on employee and company performance.
