Job Summary:

Act as the primary point of contact for the examination and accurate resolution of HR requests initiated via Workday and ServiceNow. This includes but is not limited to terminations, internal transfers, promotions, and personal information changes.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Functional Specialists across different departments to review and resolve complex operations.

  • Use functional and technical skills to provide managers, team members, and various departments with general guidance within Workday.

  • Perform required work and assist with other tasks as needed to comply with service level agreements.

  • Diagnose and resolve critical transaction issues with the highest level of accuracy, accountability, and reliability.

  • Monitor and manage work queues in real time while maintaining service-level agreements.

  • Escalate to and work closely with Functional Specialists to resolve complex transactions.

  • Provide feedback on development procedures, standards control, and updates.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in HR preferred.

  • One (1) year or more experience in HR or a related field preferred.

  • One (1) year or more experience in case management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce) preferred.

  • One (1) year or more experience in HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle) preferred.

  • Experience working in a remote setting preferred.

  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to present ideas and information clearly and concisely to customers.

  • Adaptable communication style to different customer groups.

  • Demonstrates attention to and actively strives for understanding of customers’ concerns and opinions.

  • Effective listening skills to address customer concerns and provide applicable solutions.

  • Fosters an environment that encourages sharing of information within the team through open dialogue.

  • Demonstrates knowledge and comfort in using computer technologies.

Compensation and Benefits:

Applicants from Colorado, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Washington State: The hourly rate for this position is $20 an hour.
