We are currently hiring a Clinical Specialist, to work in our Catholic Charities Disabilities Services agency. As the Clinical Specialist, you would be responsible for:
Assisting the Nursing Supervisor, RN’s and LPN’s with managing the heath care needs of the individuals served in the agency’s Residential Program.
Remaining in communication with Program staff and management, providers, nurses, doctors, ER staff, case management, pharmacies, parents, guardians, advocates, school administrators and Agency leadership.
Providing direct support to individuals served in the agency as-needed.
Possessing knowledge of basic medical terms, proper medication administrations, and other clinical disciplines.
Clinical Specialist Minimum Salary: $20.06/hour
Clinical Specialist Maximum Salary: $20.06/hour
Clinical Specialist Schedule: M-F 8:30am – 5pm; May be required to work extended hours or a flexible schedule with short notice
Qualifications:
Valid NYS Driver’s License
High School Diploma or GED
2 years of experience as a Direct Support Professional in the I/DD field
