Associate Product Marketing Engineer

Job Description

As a Product Marketing Engineer, you will be responsible for driving and marketing Renesas’ system solutions. In this role, you would be evangelizing system solutions and engaging the engineering and sales team to promote and refine the solution spec for its wider use and devise all the necessary marketing tools to take it to the masses.

Renesas’ Systems & Solutions Team (SST) is looking for a results-driven, self-motivated, and strong communicator to drive the messaging, positioning, and marketing of embedded solutions.

Responsibilities will include:

  1. Work with different cross-functional, global, teams to ensure alignment for a common goal

  2. Develop marketing collateral for embedded solutions including – Solution 1-pagers, feature/benefit messaging, customer presentations, etc.

  3. Build focus application pitch decks including preparing market and product fit analysis, competitive analysis, and showcasing winning solutions

  4. Promote marketing collateral and differentiation internally and on Renesas.com

  5. Translate customer problem statements and solutions into compelling technical blogs, videos, and training webinars, etc.

  6. Prepare and present quarterly insights based on sales opportunity data

Qualifications

  1. Electronics/Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent

  2. 0-1 years of experience working in the technology field

  3. Excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills

  4. Ability to work in cross-functional and global teams

  5. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills

  6. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

  7. Self-motivated and results-oriented

  8. Ability to learn and use new tools for program management such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, Excel, etc.

Additional Information

The expected annual pay range for this position is $74,500 - $112,000. This position is also eligible for bonus pay. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
