We’re seeking an experienced and collaborative Assistant Design Project Manager in Albany, NY. Based out of ourclient's office, you’ll assist the Senior and Associate Architect to deliver services that are responsive to the needs of our client agencies. You’ll be responsible for projects that are budget and deadline driven and require extensive knowledge of building/fire codes and architectural standards.

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • 6 years’ experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building construction and rehabilitation projects with 4 years of that experience as a Superintendent or Project Engineer responsible for large-scale projects valued above $5 million

  • Extensive knowledge of architectural standards and building/fire codes

  • Knowledge of RFI tracking, contract document review, forecast scheduling and costs, preparation of change order review, and the review of payments

  • OSHA 30 Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire

The base salary range for this position is $50,960 to $104,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
