Job Description for Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Clerk

NY CREATES is seeking an Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Clerk responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Processing accounts payable, accounts receivable transactions and Purchase Order creation.

  • Provide clerical assistance for all business office functions.

  • Other reasonable duties as assigned.

    Job Requirements:

Minimum Requirements for Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Clerk

  • Incumbent must have earned a High school diploma and have three years accounts payable and/or accounts receivable experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.

  • Individual must possess the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; work both independently as well as with a team; have strong organization and verbal and written communication skills.

  • The candidate must be an analytical person as well as detail oriented with the desire to succeed.

This position is contingent on the satisfactory completion of a background check; this position may require annual background checks.
