    How do you excel in this position

    The Account Manager is responsible to engage an assigned list of existing and prospective accounts seeking to learn how Stark Equipment 's Service Division can help align product and service offerings with current and future facility infrastructure needs . This position will focus on attaching preventive maintenance agreements to active facility critical power equipment. Successful performance will be directly related to achieving new units under contract with revenue & gross profit targets & account management attainment benchmarks.

    What are we looking for:

  • At least 3 years of industry (power generation) experience required.

  • Technical understanding of in Mechanical/or Electrical Power systems required.

  • Capability to mentor and foster a healthy team environment.

  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.

  • Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

  • Ability to drive individual sales success.

  • In-depth knowledge of the market.

  • Strong account management capabilities.
